Neodymium Block Magnets

This strong Neodymium Block is another example of a magnet with cube-shaped dimensions. The square-faced magnet has equidistant sides of 20mm. The square shape and dimensions of this block do not make it easy to conceal inside other materials which means it is more suited to holding and clamping applications. When fitted or glued into a bracket or angle made of plastic, alloy, glass or timber, permanent block magnets can provide the joining force for component parts of a product or apparatus. In other cases, these powerful rare earth blocks are ideal for holding fabrications in place temporarily prior to more permanent fixings being made with tack welds or rivets. As it is with most Neodymium magnetic products, the shiny, silver Nickel coating acts to contain and protect the magnetic material inside from exposure to the elements.
