Neodymium Disc Magnets
Many hobby, craft and model enthusiasts use these small, powerful disc magnets to make their creations look more appealing and also make them more practical to use. N50 Grade rare earth discs are powerful and can easily suspend lightweight items such as cloth, jewellery and components of miniature scale models. Each side of the round, flat disc has either the North or South pole on it that can be used to bind to ferrous surfaces or will attach to another magnet with the opposite pole. Many fashion accessory designs now use strong Neodymium discs to replace buttons and press-studs as closure points or attachment options. Magnetic bond is simple and instinctive and usually falls naturally into the correct closure position with minimal prompting. Rare earth disc magnets can be attached to most surfaces with Epoxy glue. Some applications require small Neodymium disc magnets to be stitched into garments or sealed inside the cover of a book or brochure where they perform the required closure duties in an almost invisible manner.
