Pin Magnets are a handy addition to your whiteboard or fridge. These magnets may appear small in scale however they can still provide plenty of pull power! They are super strong Neodymium Magnets that are able to provide an impressive hold even in this small form.
Whiteboard magnets like these vibrant blue pin magnets can assist with the organisation of your office. Office magnets can do more than simply secure documents to the whiteboard, they can also provide a colour - coded system to make organising easier!
This pack includes 10 x Neodymium cylinder magnets and 10 x reusable blue rubber caps. The cylindrical magnet is 8mm in diameter and 10 mm in height. It has a flux reading of approximately 5849 Gauss and a pull force of 2.4 kg. The great thing about cylinder magnets is the ease with which you can grip them to remove them or adjust their position. Unlike disc magnets, their tall profile is easy to purchase between thumb and forefinger.
In addition to blue, these small magnets come in a range of colours including red, green, yellow, white, or black. Or if you want to try them all, you can. These can be purchased as an assorted pack of 6. Why not colour coordinate your whole office by selecting other products from our Home and office magnet range. Our range includes magnetic labels, button magnets, push pin magnets and magnetic tape. All these come in a variety of colours to brighten up your home, office or workshop.

Surface Treatment
The most common coating for Neodymium magnets is Nickel + Copper + Nickel (Ni + Cu + Ni). This coating offers the magnet relatively good protection from corrosion and passive applications. If the magnet will be exposed to moisture or liquid then consider the use of an organic coating such as Epoxy. A hard wearing coating, Epoxy is suited to applications where the magnet will come under some friction or knocking.
Range and Tolerance
Magnets are readily available in Blocks, Discs, Cylinders & Rings. AMF Magnetics specializes in the supply of short-run prototype magnets including Arc Segments, various magnetic orientations etc. If you need a magnet size that we don't carry in stock, submit a Design-a-Magnet enquiry for a quote on your custom magnet design.
Magnetic Properties
Neodymium magnets are offered in several different grades. The first section N30-54 has an operating temperature of up to 80 degrees. Most of our stock only goes up to N38. The second section, denoted with the "M" prefix after the grade has an operating temperature 100 degrees. After this the grades are "H", "SH", "UH" & "EH". In order for the magnet to withstand a higher operating temperature, during production more of the raw material PrNd is incorporated as these elements have a naturally occurring resistance to high temperatures.
