Neodymium Ring Magnet OD19.4mm x H1.65mm | Hole 10mm | N38H | High Temperature ≤120ºC
Neodymium Ring Magnets
Outside Diameter: 19.4mm
Height: 1.65mm
Inside Diameter: 10mm
Grade: N38
Coating: Nickel (Ni)
Magnetized Direction: Through height – 1.65mm
Neodymium magnets are the most powerful magnets available but are susceptible to failing when exposed to ambient temperatures above 80°C. This Ring is made using N38H grade Neodymium material which extends the range of operating temperature from standard 80°C to 120°C. This can resolve issues that occur in commercial processes or scientific environments where heat is generated that would cause lower grade Ring magnets to demagnetise.
Ring-shaped Neodymium magnets are, in many regards, the most versatile of all shapes. Although the central void reduces surface area and overall strength, it also provides more options for mechanical attachment and secure positioning inside many devices where Ring Magnets can sit on plastic mounting lugs or steel or non-ferrous spindles, and become actuators or react with electromagnetic fields inside electronic devices..They are used in electric motors, microphones, sensors, automotive components and hundreds of other modern-day devices.
